As I have worked in a kindergarten and preschool setting I have learned that becoming flexible with the students needs is most important to set them up for success. My core belief is that teaching, learning, and technology are inextricably linked. Effective teaching creates a dynamic environment where students can actively engage with new knowledge. The teacher's role is to cultivate this environment and provide students with the necessary tools for understanding. However, learning transcends the traditional classroom. We are constantly expanding our understanding of enriched learning experiences, encouraging students to critically think and explore opportunities beyond the classroom walls. Technology serves as a powerful tool to enhance this process, enabling us to utilize manipulatives and model information in innovative ways.
